Maharashtra: 12 black bucks killed, two injured after connecting to bridge in Solapur

Solapur:

12 blackbucks were killed while two others were injured after falling off a bridge located in Maharashtra’s Solapur. An officer gave this information. Officials said that the incident took place at around 6.30 pm on the bridge on the Solapur-Bijapur highway on Saturday. “The black bucks fell from a height of about 30 feet, killing 12 and injuring two others,” he said. The injured deer were taken to the Forest Department Veterinary Hospital.

He said that the local people had informed the police and forest department officials about the incident. Officials said that the ground reality of sending the black bucks has come to the fore and no foul play is suspected in the matter.
