Mumbai:
After receiving 32 new cases of corona virus in Maharashtra on Sunday, the number of totals increased to 81,36,511. This information has been given by an official of the Health Department. He said that no one has died due to infection in the last 24 hours, the death toll is stable at 1,48,414. During this period, after 20 people became free from infection, the number of people who got cured reached 79,87,948. Officials said 19,049 transmitters were tested on Sunday, taking the total number of tests done to 8,58,61,429.

Mumbai circle reported the maximum number of cases at 12, followed by Pune at 11, Nagpur at five and Akola at four. No cases were reported in Latur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur and Nashik circles. The report said that Maharashtra now has 148 active cases, of which Mumbai and Pune account for 50 and 42 cases respectively. The recovery rate in the state is 98.17 per cent, while the death rate is 1.82 per cent.
