Fermentation: 20° to 27°C with regular daily pumping for maximum extraction of color and flavour.

Chantilly Merlot

Wine Type: Dry red.

Variety: Merlot.

Fermentation: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 27º to 31º C for 14 days.

Aged: 100% in oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Notes: This Merlot is round and opulent with intense aromas of cherry fruit supported by a warm wine structure. Tannins are soft and silky becoming more expressive on the finish with hints of black currant and black pepper. Ideal to accompany most meat dishes or as an aperitif.
