MakeMyTrip announces NFTs to celebrate major travel destinations in India

MakeMyTrip, the popular Indian travel company, has decided to launch a limited-edition non-fungible token (NFT), for which the company claims the artwork has been conceptualized and designed to celebrate some of the popular and unexplored travel destinations in India. . The company said that the objective of NFT is to give travelers an opportunity to have digital collectibles of their preferred destinations. The first batch of these artefacts will have landscapes from Goa, Ladakh, Orissa, Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Meghalaya, Rajasthan and Andaman.

Conceptualized and designed by AI Bots, an online community of digital artists, each artwork was designed using Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)A tool that requires the creator to upload multiple images and train AI algorithms to generate a realistic depiction of the final artwork.
