Malaika Arora indulges in home-cooked food courtesy this friend

No matter how much we love to eat outside food, it must be accepted that the satisfaction of home cooked food cannot be compared. It is not only the simplicity of the taste that wins us over but also the soothing feeling it gives us. And if you love to cook, then working in the kitchen can be therapy for you, right? We are no stranger to Bollywood diva Malaika Arora’s love for food. The actress often posts myriad food items on her social media. From khichdi, biryani to delicious sandwiches, home-cooked food occupies an important place on her Instagram. But there are days when she doesn’t want to cook. Connectable?

Don’t know about you but Malaika has friends who can feed her delicious home-cooked food. The actress shared a picture of a huge and lavish spread of food which included a bowl of dhokla, bhindi (okra), aloo matar, dahi bhalla, coconut chutney along with other delicacies. The food also included green chutney, dry ginger chutney, pickle and some hot puris. The mouth-watering spread was prepared by Malaika’s good friend Delnaaz Daruwala.

Malaika Arora Has a soft spot for home cooked food. The actress loves playing the role of a chef and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Giving us a glimpse of her in-house culinary adventures, she had once posted a picture of her desi bhog and along with it had given a formula behind her happiness. “Sattu paratha + dahi (yogurt) + garlic pickle + potato curry + salad = happiness,” Malaika captioned her meal with the hashtag “homemade”. The actress keeps fans updated with her gastronomic outings and honestly, we always wait to have a glimpse of her plate. Remember when she made us hungry with her Chinese cuisine? Borrowing the recipe from her friend Delnaaz Daruvala, Malaika made two scrumptious dishes, a plate of fried rice topped with a fried egg and garnished with spring onions. The second dish was a bowl of Manchurian gravy, topped with chopped red chillies and spring onions. Both the dishes looked very appetizing.
