The summer season has started across the country, and with it has come an array of wonderful seasonal food items. From succulent watermelon to crunchy cucumber, chilled kokum to fresh mango – there are so many delightful goodies that are our summer favorites. Hydration is also very important in the summer season. This means consuming plenty of fluids and fluids to keep ourselves hydrated and keep our skin glowing. Mango shake is one such drink which is widely consumed in the summer months. Chef Summary Goila recently revealed his secret recipe to make Mango Milkshake super creamy and delicious.

Mango shake is usually made by mixing mango with milk in a mixer. The idea is to mix ripe mangoes with milk, and sometimes with a little ice cream, to make a frothy and cool summer drink. Chef Summary GoyalHowever, shared a tip to make mango shake without the need for ice cream.

Wonder how it works? The chef suggests simply freezing the milk to make ice cubes, and then using them in the process of making the Mango Shake. She captioned the video, “Shake evenly creamy without ice cream and you’ll get that amazing silky foamy texture! Sometimes all you need is a good mango and good technique.”

  1. For the Mango Milkshake recipe, you will need fully ripe mangoes.
  2. Cut it into small cubes and add to it Blender
  3. Meanwhile, freeze full cream milk and let it set.
  4. Take out 8 ice cubes and put them in the blender too.
  5. Now add two tablespoons of water and sugar or stevia as per taste.
  6. Blend everything together and serve cold!
