Mathura: New twist in survey case of royal advice, stay of court on application of Muslim side

In the mood of Uttar Pradesh, a new twist has come in the survey case of Shahi Idgah. The court has imposed a stay on the basis of the prayer letter of the Muslim parties. Along with this, the Amin survey of the royal council has been banned. The Muslim parties raised objections after the Amin writ was issued. Supreme Court And after the High Court stepped in, the matter was closed in the court. During the survey, the Amin court had caught hold of the security. The court had also ordered Amin to be given security.

On Wednesday, the Senior Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court gave its verdict in the case of Amin survey of Shahi Salah. The court granted this stay after hearing the application filed by the Muslim side. After the stay on the Amin survey, the court of Royal Idgah will now hear the matter on April 11.

The Muslim side had earlier asked for a hearing on 7 Rule 11.

After the Royal Idgah court ordered a stay on the Amin survey, Neeraj Sharma, the lawyer for the Muslim side, said that the court had issued orders without a complete review of the papers. As it usually happens in such cases. But this was not the case that the Amin Commission should have continued. An order was also issued on 8th December, which was ex parte, after which the order was issued without the presence of the Muslim side. On this, the prayer letter was spread in the court and said that first there should be a hearing on 7 Rule 11, along with this, Amin should stop the survey and bow down, on which the court gave adjournment order.

Court ordered on March 29

On December 8, 2022, on the prayer letter of Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta, the court had ordered for Amin survey. This order was protested by the Muslim side and an application was made before the Court to hear the case on 7 Rule 11 being tabled and non-tabled. Because of which the company could not cooperate. Due to non-compliance of the order, on March 29, the Hindu Sena again filed an application and appealed to the court to appeal the order. On which the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court ordered the order while hearing.

Amin is protected from the court

After the order, on Wednesday, Court Amin Shishupal Yadav, while placing an application in the court, demanded to maintain the security system. On which the court ordered the station charges that adequate security arrangements should be present during the survey. But the court stayed the Amin survey in the afternoon.
