Veena lost her husband a few years back, so she became the sole bread earner of her family. Veena has four daughters, and her goal is to give them a good life. Earlier Veena used to work as a house help but after the death of her husband, she took possession of the vehicle she used to drive.
Today, she makes one of the biggest and most delicious parathas in the state, which costs just Rs 30 per piece. Her patience and determination has propelled her so far in life and she says, “Mata Rani Ki Mehr Se and Apni Mehndi Se Mujhe Zaroor Hai Daur Se Bhi Gujar Jaungi (With God’s blessings and my hard work, I can overcome this crisis). I will survive.)
Gaurav concluded the caption of his Instagram post by writing, “I salute that super lady and she is working hard every day to give her daughters the best she can.” In which he shared a picture of himself with Veena. , The picture also featured oversized paranthas being sold on the street.
