Ms. Herbert is 6 feet 9 inches tall and has always been taller and bigger than her peers.
A woman in Texas, United States holds a record for the world’s largest foot on a living person (female), with the right foot measuring 33.1 cm (13.03 in) and the left foot measuring 32.5 cm (12.79 in) . Guinness World Records, Depending on the brand, Tanya Herbert’s shoe size is 18 US women’s or 16-17 US men’s.
GWR noted that Ms. Herbert is 6 feet 9 inches tall and has always been taller and larger than her peers. His official website states, “By high school his legs had reached record-breaking size.”
Speaking to GWR, Ms Herbert said, “Growing up I was always the tallest. My mother was 6ft 5in and my father was 6ft 4in, so I had no choice but to be tall. ” She said she didn’t feel bad about being tall because her parents gave her very healthy self-esteem.
She added, “I don’t remember ever being bullied for my height or anything like that. My friends really took care of me, so that I felt loved and liked.”

Given her height and huge foot size, she could not find any shoes for women in that size, so she wore men’s shoes for most of her life. “I always wore tennis shoes or men’s loafers and they weren’t always the cutest thing to wear when trying to dress cute for school!” she commented.
Ms. Herbet used social media to connect with other women who were facing the same issue and created her own feminine shoelaces. She said that she would buy the biggest shoes available on the internet. “I’ll buy some of the biggest shoes I can find online and manipulate them to make them a little taller and to make them a little wider so they fit my feet,” she told GWR.

Currently, the world record holder is taking note and helping women with larger feet find the proper shoes at affordable prices. Ms Herbert told GWR: “Women struggle with a size 12 or 13, trying to find shoes, and I’m a size 18. You can easily find men’s size shoes (which are that size). but trying to find women’s shoes is impossible or extremely unaffordable”
She continued, “Being a world record holder may open doors that I may not have been able to enter before. I want to be a spark for the shoe manufacturing industry!”
