‘MG Service on Wheels’ is a suite of services that helps the customers in the periodic maintenance of their vehicles as well as meeting the repair and maintenance requirements that may arise. In addition, it will cover service operations provided in a workshop only.

The program will be conducted by fully trained and certified technicians backed by MG’s uninterrupted customer support, the official statement said.
‘MG Service on Wheels’ will serve as a mobile workshop equipped with all the necessary tools, spare parts, and other consumables and digital assets to support vehicle maintenance requirements. Powered by an appointment booking system, the program will allow customers to connect with MG Motor India and schedule car maintenance as per their convenience.
Earlier, MG Motor took initiatives like ‘My MG Shield‘ and ‘MG Care@Home’. The company started these initiatives in 2021 to provide contactless repair and sanitation services to the customers at their doorstep.
About MG Service on Wheels
The MG Service on Wheels initiative will be conducted through a mobile workshop. It is equipped with a hydraulic scissor lift attached to a hydraulic power pack, an air compressor with washing pump and additional provision for dry wash, a digital oil dispenser, a waste oil collection tank and a pneumatic line with a filter-regulator.
