About Kurkure Paneer Pakora Recipe: How to make Kurkure Paneer Pakora

material:

For Paneer Marination

  • Paneer – 200 grams
  • salt – pinch
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  • Black salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Kasoori Fenugreek Powder – tsp

for the better

  • Besan – 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 2 tsp
  • Green chili, chopped – 1 no.
  • Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger, chopped – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Water – 200 ml

layering

  • Cornflakes – 2 cups
  • Chaat masala – a generous pinch
  • oil – for frying

For Veg Dip

  • Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • Onion, chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato, chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Green coriander, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Green chili, chopped – 1 no.
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp

method:

  • Cut 1 inch wide pieces of paneer and keep them in a plate. To marinate the paneer, sprinkle salt, turmeric, black salt, red chili and a little chaat masala on the paneer.
  • Add some fresh chopped coriander along with kasoori methi powder. Rub the spices lightly into the paneer.
  • After this, take out the gram flour in a bowl and prepare the batter. Add salt, turmeric and some red chili powder. Add carom seeds, chopped green chillies and ginger. Lastly add garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Now add water while whisking the batter, till the batter becomes thick but thick. Whisk it well to remove any lumps. Pour the gram flour batter over the marinated paneer. After the paneer is coated, take some corn flakes without sugar in a plate and crush them a little.
  • Now place the paneer strip on the corn flakes plate and coat it well from all sides. Repeat the step to coat all the cheese strips, once done, set them aside.
  • Heat some oil to deep fry the paneer. You can make dips till the oil is hot. For the dip, put mayonnaise in a bowl, add chopped vegetables like cucumber, tomato, coriander and some green chilies. Pour chaat masala over the dip.
  • Fry the paneer strips on a medium flame till they turn golden-brown. Plate with dip and top with some chaat masala.
