Shares of Sumaya Industries hit the upper circuit with gains of 5% on NSE in early deals on Monday 289 onwards the company informed that the board of the company would consider the proposal bonus issue of equity shares on February 21, 2022.
“You are informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sumaya Industries Limited will be held on Monday, the 21st February, 2022 to consider and discuss, inter alia, the following: The proposal, and the proposal for changes in the capital clause (increase in authorized share capital) of the company’s Memorandum of Association,” Sumaya Industries announced in an exchange filing.
Shares of Sumaya Industries have given multibagger returns of over 105% in a span of one year Currently 140 epic levels to hover above 289. However, the stock is down 41% in the last six months and has lost nearly 3% so far in 2022 (Year-to-Date or YTD).
The Company further informed that the Trading Window, which has been closed for trading in the securities of the Company with effect from Saturday, January 1, 2022, shall remain closed for 48 hours after the completion of the Board meeting.
