Kanaya Kakad, another goldsmith from Zaveri Bazar, JK Brothers, said, “Business was good. People were buying coins and jewelery ranging from 10 grams to 50 grams. Some 100 grams sets were also sold.”
Several shoppers were seen trying on jewelery at jewelery shops in Dadar’s Vaman Hari Pethe and Thane.
