Ranchi: Area Commander Kande of People Liberation Front of India (PLFI) Shaved On Friday, he was arrested in Tonka village of Kharsidag police station area. Rural SP Naushad Alam said that Munda was wanted in many cases including murder under Karra police station area of Khunti district.
Alam said that in October last year, a case was registered against Munda and his four accomplices at Kharsidag police station for breaking the boundary wall of 60 decimal plot and demanding money at the rate of Rs one lakh per decimal to allow construction work.
“The four accused in the case, including James EkkaMahadev Kachhap, gopi nayak And Santosh KachhapoArrested some time ago. Munda, the main accused in the case, was absconding. As soon as the police was informed that he had come home, he was apprehended.
Police claim that the landowners and traders of Namkum area have breathed a sigh of relief with Munda’s arrest.
