Mushroom Noodles Recipe: How to Make Mushroom Noodles at Home

Start by boiling the noodles al dente, and set them aside. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chilies and fry. Add green onions and saute them till they turn translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry them until all the moisture is gone. Now add black pepper, soy sauce cooked noodles, salt and vinegar to it. Beat the noodles well. Remove the noodles from the flame and garnish them with chopped spring onions, mushroom noodles are ready!
