Muslims welcome UP CM Yogi Adityanath while leading the Vijay Dashami Shobha Yatra. Varanasi News – Times of India

Gorakhpur: A Grand Traditional Vijayadashmi processionUnder the leadership of Chief Minister and Gorakshpeethdhishwar Yogi Adityanath Removed on Tuesday. On this occasion, the people of Muslim and Sindhi community welcomed the CM enthusiastically.
In a special traditional dress, CM Yogi led the procession riding a chariot decorated with flowers. The people of the Muslim and Sindhi community welcomed the Gorakshapeethadhikari, who gave him Navratri Prasad with his blessings and wished him a happy and prosperous life.
After the worship of Guru Gorakshanath performed by CM Yogi, the yatra was taken out from Gorakhnath temple at 4.30 pm. As the procession progressed to the tune of special instruments including the Hawthorn, Trumpet, Nagda and Damru, a large number of devotees stood by the roadside to catch a glimpse of the Yatra.
The people of the Muslim community started showering flowers as soon as the yatra came out from the main gate of the temple. The President of Urdu Academy, Chaudhary Kaifulwara welcomed the CM with a garland. CM gave him Prasad and wished him happiness and prosperity.
Chaudhary Kaifulwara said that his family has been welcoming the procession of Gorakshpeethdhishwar for the past several generations. He said that Gorakshpeeth never discriminates against people on the basis of religion and caste and sees everyone as human being.
When the procession reached near the Jhulelal temple under construction, people of Sindhi community welcomed the CM by garlanding it in large numbers.
CM Yatra reached Ramlila Mansarovar temple amidst slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Sangeet Yogi Devadhidev Mahadev and other deities are worshiped amidst Vedic chants. The yatra then proceeded to Ramlila Maidan where the Chief Minister performed the coronation of the actor playing the role of Lord Shri Ram and also performed aarti of Mata Janaki, Lakshmana and others in the role of Hanuman ji.
