Nagaland minister’s witty post about keeping roads clean is making Twitter go wild

Minister shared an important advice on cleanliness which people should follow

Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along has on several occasions displayed his witty sense of humour, through entertaining social media posts. This time, the minister shared a picture on his official Twitter handle, along with important advice on cleanliness that people should follow.

“Clean it on the pretext of photos. The more photos you click, the more dirt will be cleaned. Keep clicking, keep cleaning. ),” the minister wrote in a tweet on February 8.

In the picture, Mr Along can be seen sweeping the road with a long broom along with other volunteers.

The tweet has gone viral with over 20,000 likes, over 2,000 retweets and several comments. Users appreciated the minister’s entertaining tweet and shared their views in the comment section. One user wrote, “Sir really has a wonderful sense of humour.”

A few days ago, Mr Along grabbed attention by tweeting a “laughing” picture of him shaking hands with Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the party’s Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting in New Delhi.

“If Guru is with you then what to worry about! It is always a blessing to receive knowledge from our flag bearers. Any guess why we are laughing?” he said in a post on his Twitter account on February 1, sharing his picture with the PM.
