Reliable sources told IANS on Saturday that byjuhas stopped all ads featuring Shah Rukh, apparently after social media users criticized the edtech company for endorsing ads featuring the actor, who has been the brand ambassador since 2017.

The criticism came in the wake of the arrest after a high-drama rave party raid on the Cordelia cruise ship by the NCB on 2 October during its Mumbai-Goa voyage. On 7 October, a Mumbai court rejected his bail plea, and the bail pleas of two others. He was among the 8 people arrested. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate RM Nerlikar rejected Aryan’s bail application. Arbaaz Merchant, And munmun dhamecha, on “maintenance” grounds, upholding the arguments of the Narcotics Control Bureau’s legal team.
