NALCO to consider second interim dividend next week, board fixes record date

“We wish to inform that Tuesday, March 21, 2023 has been fixed as the ‘Record Date’ for the payment of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 (if approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13.03.2023). The Second Interim Dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear as: a. the shares held in electronic form by NSDL and CDSL as beneficial owners at the close of business on 21.03.2023 as per the position to be downloaded in respect of and b. as members in the register of members of the company, after giving effect to the transmission/transposition in physical form filed with the company on or before 21.03.2023, “NALCO said in a regulatory filing.

National Aluminum Company declares Equity Dividend of 130.00% on Face Value, for the financial year ending March 2022 5 per share, in total 6.5 per share. at the current share price of 82.60, this equates to a dividend yield of 7.86%. During Q3FY23, the company recorded promoter holding at 51.28%, FII holding at 15.05%, DII holding at 12.49% and public holding at 21.17%.
