The company said in a stock exchange filing that “The Board has declared 3rd Interim Dividend of 80% for the FY 2022-23 i.e. Rs.4.00 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.5/- amounting to Rs.243.72 Crores” . The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend has been fixed as 06.02.2023. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after 13.02.2023. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration.”

On a consolidated basis, the company posted net sales of As against 2.004.46 Cr in Q3FY23 1,938.03 Cr was posted in Q3FY22, representing a YoY growth of 3.42%.
