As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2015 and SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, Read with Rule 44 of 2015, as amended from time to time, the Company is facilitating its members to cast votes by electronic means (remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM) on all resolutions prescribed in the Notice of the AGM. The instructions for e-voting are mentioned in the AGM notice. The cut-off date for e-voting is 21.09.2022 (Bus. Dhar). The period of remote e-voting will start at 09.00 AM on 24.09.2022 (Saturday), and will end at 05.00 PM on 27.09.2022 (Tuesday).
