Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif’s supporters gathered outside his residence in London to celebrate the sacking of Imran Khan as Pakistan’s PM. However, the celebrations were disrupted as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supporters gathered there, leading to a clash between the two groups.

Police personnel have been deployed outside Sharif’s residence to control the situation.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan was ousted from power after he lost a trust vote in parliament, far from completing his five-year term.

Sunday’s voting was postponed several times in the chamber due to lengthy speeches by members of Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, who said there was a “foreign conspiracy” to remove the cricket star-turned-politician.

Pakistan’s Supreme Court on Thursday made the no-confidence motion mandatory after unanimously overturning Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri’s decision on rejecting the no-confidence motion against Imran Khan.
