Mumbai:
Nationalist Congress Party leader Majeed Memon has resigned from the party. He said that I am resigning due to personal reasons. However, he denied the reason. Talking to NDTV, he said that the reason should be subscribed later. Enjoyed NCP chief Sharad Pawar ji for giving me the honor and grant during 16 years with NCP, he tweeted. Due to personal reasons, I am resigning from NCP with force majeure. My priorities are always with Prabhu and the party.
Gratitude to Hon’ble Sharad Pawar ji, NCP chief for giving me the respect and invaluable guidance during my 16 years with NCP. Due to personal reasons, I cease to be a member of NCP with immediate effect. My best wishes are always with Pawar saheb and the party.
