Shares subscribed by NDTV Investors for the Adani Group offer stood at 39.35 lakh shares (23.48%) on the fourth day against the offer size of 1.67 crore shares. NDTV shares locked in upper circuit of 5% 385.6 at the close on Friday.
The open offer by VCPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Group, to acquire additional 26% stake in NDTV will run from 22 November to 5 December.
The delivery as a percentage of the traded volume stood at 100% with 36944 shares under tender.
