NEET-PG 2022 counselling: ‘We cannot put students’ lives in danger’, says SC

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday said it will not interfere in NEET-PG 2022 counseling as it cannot endanger the lives of students. The apex court’s remarks came after a petition related to NEET-PG 2022 was referred by a lawyer.

The counsel said that the counseling is to begin from September 1 and requested the court to list the cases before that. A bench of Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Hima Kohli said that it will not interfere in NEET PG counselling. “Don’t stop this anymore,” the court said, adding, “We cannot put the students in danger.”
