We all have seen many restaurants and chains come and go, but some just stop by because of their unmatched food and hearty hospitality. The status of Barbecue Nation has never waned and we all know why. After visiting their many outlets in Delhi and other cities, I walked into their newly opened eatery in Paschim Vihar, and was pleasantly surprised to experience the same old heavenly gastronomic journey as I have loved more before.

Barbecue Nation is at the fore when it comes to grills and it still stands its ground firmly. And the fact that the grills stay hot in your private tandoor at your table is well worth the time. I tried Cajun Chicken Kebabs and Chicken Seekh Kebabs, both of which were great. but Mustard Garlic Fish and Cheese Chili Garlic Prawns was out of the world. Soft, succulent and pinging with flavor is how I would describe these. Crispy Corn It is also a great option to kick-start your meal.

But if your taste buds still love desi Indian chaat, they have it too. their Pani Puri and Palak Chaat Efforts are necessary. Still I felt Kerala style fish Could do a little better with more flavors.

Although my stomach was almost full, I was not hungry. I went to their lunch buffet and was greeted with a range of veg and non-veg options to choose from. If you are a hardcore non-vegetarian, you will love Dum Ka Murgh, Rajasthani Lal Mas and Kerala-Style Fish Curry, Vegetarians should not give up Pindi Chole – It’s just wonderful. Dal Ka Dum and Paneer Makhanwala Not bad either. I added the consonant with Chicken Dum Biryani And that was good too. Overall, this was a great main meal for me.
Desserts:
red velvet pasty was average but Angoori Gulab Jamun Your heart will melt with its rich and deep taste. their phirni is also great.
If you are extremely hungry and nothing will satisfy you other than excellent food, just head over to Barbecue Nation for a sumptuous meal.
