Delhi is no stranger to new restaurants and cafes opening up in different parts every other week. A foodie hub, this city has everything, you name it and get it. Be it a casual get-together with your friends, an official date or a romantic dinner night, Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) have a plethora of options to choose from and choose from. Adding to this list, we recently visited an amazing place in Delhi’s Select City Mall. The 48-seater multi-cuisine restaurant serves a delectable mix of European, Asian and coastal cuisines from Vietnam and Sri Lanka. The menu features trained chefs reimagining some classic dishes as well as serving up some trendy experimental fare.
From Caesar and Fetush Salad to Chicken in Spinach Sauce with Orzo Salad and Grilled Vegetables; From sweet and spicy Hong Kong ginger fish to caramelized dried Vietnamese chicken, and shrimp linguine, shredded lamb in hoisin sauce, there are many finger-licking options to choose from.
We started our meal with the super healthy and scrumptious Stir Fry Asian Greens. It was perfectly balanced in terms of flavor and proved to be off to a delicious start. Then we ordered a platter filled with fried potato wedges, french fries and garlic bread.
Next, we served Thai Style Spring Rolls with a sweet and spicy sauce, a crunchy and crunchy outer crust and tenderness on the inside.
In mains, we then served Korean rice with vegetables and gravy which turned out to be a wholesome meal. Oh, did we mention how divinely refreshing cold coffee is? It gets the thumbs up from us!
