New Restaurant Alert: Hang Out With Friends Or Grab A Quick Bite At BOMBA

When it comes to indulging in pizzas and tacos, any time is a good time for us. We simply can’t resist a slice of well-made pizza or a soft taco filled with delightful ingredients. And the newest restaurant on the block, BOMBA, excels at making both of these and so much more. The first-of-its-kind Pizzeria in Delhi, it is also doubling up as a Taqueria. Thus, you can enjoy authentic Mexican-style soft tacos loaded with veggies and more along with your favourite slice of Italian pizza.

The colourful ambience and decor with plenty of wall-art and indoor plants instantly set our minds at ease. We started off our meal with the Charred Corn soft shell tacos. Filled with bomba tajin, jalapeno mayo, chipotle and more – it was addictive with every bite. Next up, we tried the wood-fired Burrata Pizza with Neaopolitan crust. Served on an elevated pizza tray, it invigorated our senses beyond any other slice. Lastly, the BOMBA Roots salad with roasted carrot and smoked yogurt, and the desserts too were exceptional. We would highly recommend trying the signature S’Mores dessert as it will leave you asking for more.

Even though it has just been six months since BOMBA was launched, they have already introduced gluten-free items on their menu. “Many of our patrons with Gluten sensitivities would come with their friends and not be able to enjoy the same Pizza and Taco. Therefore, we knew that the demand was there,” stated Alisha Mehra, co-founder.

So, if you are looking for a quick bite with friends or simply want to hang out after work – this is the place to be! The amazing food and vibrant atmosphere will keep you coming back.
