‘New Year, New Resolution’: Union Minister Anurag Thakur released the Centre’s official calendar for 2023. India News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The official calendar of the central government is back in physical form after a gap of two years. Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur Releasing the official calendar for 2023 on Wednesday, it said it will not only showcase the achievements of the Narendra Modi government and its future commitments but also serve as a “reminder of our duties”.
Here are some important things to know about the calendar:
*The subject of the calendar is’new year, new resolution,
*It has an “impressive collection” of 12 images for each of the 12 months depicting a “dynamically growing India”.
*The calendar is a reflection of Prime Minister Modi’s belief in Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas,” said Anurag Thakur while releasing it in the national capital.
*The calendar will be made available in 13 languages.
*It will be distributed across the country in all government offices, Panchayati Raj Institutions, health centres, schools run by the central government, offices of block development officers and offices of district magistrates.
*The calendars will also be available for purchase by Public Sector Undertakings and Autonomous Institutions.
* A total of 11 lakh copies will be printed to Panchayats and 2.5 lakh copies will be distributed in regional languages.
*The official calendar is being published in both digital and physical formats in 2020 after a gap of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the country.
