By India Today Web Desk: A portion of the bridge over Budhi Gandak river at Sahebpur Kamal in Bihar’s Begusarai district collapsed and fell into the river on Sunday, December 19. The bridge was built at a cost of over Rs 13 crore and was yet to be inaugurated. ,
There was no one on the bridge at the time of the incident.
According to news agency ANI, cracks had appeared in the bridge a few days back. The front part of the bridge between pillar number 2 and 3 collapsed on Sunday.
