NMRC approves the project report of Depot Station-Junpat-Bodki Route. Noida News – Times of India

NOIDA: NOIDA METRO RAIL CORPORATION (NMRC), in its Friday board meeting, approved the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the Depot Station-Bodaki Station route – the shortest on the Aqua Line.
NMRC spokesperson Nisha Wadhwani Said that the 2.6 km long route will include two stations in Junpat village bodaquio Village Rajnagar. “The board has approved the DPR and will send the file to Greater Noida authority and UP government for approval,” she said. NMRC will spend Rs 416 crore on this project.
NMRC is also planning to expedite two other proposed corridors. The DPR of Sector 51 to Greater Noida West route is awaiting the final approval of the Central Government. That project will have two phases. The first phase comprises a 9.15 km long route with five metro stations, Sector 122, Sector 123, Greater Noida Sector 4, Ecotech 12 and Greater Noida Sector 2. The second phase comprises a 5.8 km long route with four metro stations – Greater Noida Sector 3, Greater Noida Sector 10, Greater Noida Sector 12 and Knowledge Park V. The third corridor – Botanical Garden to Sector 142 – is also under process. The NMRC on Thursday met with residents living in sectors along the Noida Expressway to discuss the proposed alignment.
