The 29-year-old actor said the virus has hit him “real hard” and he has been in bed for a few days.

“Hey guys, unfortunately I am currently battling with covid.. it has hit me really hard honestly! I have been bedridden for a few days under doctor’s care (sic)” she posted on her Instagram story.

Fatehi, who has featured in films like “Bhuj: The Pride of India” and “Street Dancer 3D”, appealed to her fans and followers to stay safe and wear a mask.

“Please be safe people wear your masks, it is spreading fast and can affect everyone differently! Unfortunately I have reacted badly to this, it can happen to anyone please be careful! I’m working on recovery at the moment, which is what matters right now. Nothing is more important than your health! Take care, stay safe (sic)” he added.

A spokesperson for Fatehi said the actor tested positive two days ago and is cooperating with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials.

The spokesperson further added that the actor’s outdoor pictures on social media were old, as he has not stepped out since his COVID-19 diagnosis.

“The spotting photos in trend from yesterday are from an earlier event in the past and Nora hasn’t stepped out anywhere recently. So we request you to kindly ignore the old pictures.”

Fatehi was last seen in the John Abraham-starrer “Satyamev Jayate 2”, which released theatrically on November 25.
