New Delhi: Reliance Jio has announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind Virtual Reality (VR) headset in India. The new VR headset will provide Tata IPL viewers a 360° stadium view, personalized home theater experience and get them closer to the live action. The user needs to install the JioImmerse app on his smartphone to launch live cricket and other VR content.

Not only cricket matches, but the user can also watch movies, TV shows and many more. The price of VR headset JioDive will be around Rs 1299.
JioDive Compatibility on Smartphones
You can use JioDive on smartphones (Android 9 and above and iOS 15 and above) and Jio connections. In addition, the display size of the smartphone should be between 4.7 inches and 6.7 inches and it should have a gyroscope and an accelerometer.

How to start using JioDive?
Step 1: Scan the QR code on the box and install the JioImmerse app.
Step 2: Give all the permissions as suggested and log in with your Jio number.
Step 3: Select the JioDive option and tap on “Watch on JioDive”.
Step 4: Open the front cover and close the front cover to place the phone in the JioDive between the phone support clip and the lens.
Step 5: Put on the JioDive headset and adjust the strap to fit your head comfortably.
Step 6: Use the center and side wheels to adjust the picture quality for the best viewing experience.
