With the trophy at the centre, surrounded by three female silhouettes and two female footballer silhouettes, the image symbolizes passion, skill and positive change in the women’s game, FIFA explained.
FIFA announced that the official poster for the Women’s World Cup 2023 was unveiled at outdoor gallery installations in Australia and New Zealand.
The poster, being released just in time for International Women’s Day, reflects the theme of the prestigious tournament Beyond Greatness, Xinhua news agency quoted FIFA as saying.

Along with the official poster, nine pre-drawn host city posters were also displayed, all with a central design element of silhouettes of three female figures and a football in the background.
The posters will be on display in Adelaide, Australia until March 22 and in Wellington, New Zealand until March 21.
The FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023 will take place from 20 July to 20 August.
