The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) is set to commence the registration process for the first round of counselling for OJEE BAMS/BHMS programmes today, September 8. Aspiring candidates who wish to participate in the first round of counselling can complete their registration by visiting the official website ojee.nic.in.

OJEE BAMS/BHMS Counselling 2023: Documents Required

— Class 10 board certificate and mark sheet

— Class 12 pass certificate and mark sheet

— College or school leaving certificate

— Nativity/Resident Certificate of Odisha (Form-III, as per Rule-3 of Govt. of Odisha)

— SC/ST Certificate by birth issued by the competent authority, Government of Odisha (if applicable, as per Rule-8(I))

— Green Card issued by Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha (if applicable)

— EWS Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable) for the 2023-24 financial year will be accepted.

It is important to note that one set of photocopies of these documents must be provided during the verification process.

OJEE BAMS/BHMS Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have successfully qualified in the NEET (UG)-2023 examination and possess a valid rank. The candidate’s age must be a minimum of 17 years as of December 31, 2023. For state quota seats, the candidate’s parents must be permanent residents of Odisha. However, it’s important to note that no domicile certificate will be necessary for the allocation and admission into AIQ (All India Quota) seats offered by private institutions.

OJEE BAMS/BHMS Counselling 2023: Steps to Register

Step 1 – Navigate to the official website of OJEE at ojee.nic.in.

Step 2 – On the homepage, click on the link that mentions ‘Round 1 registration link for BAMS/BHMS.”

Step 3 – Now, add the required details and create login credentials.

Step 4 – Once logged in, fill out the application form by providing all the necessary details and attaching the required documents.

Step 5 – Pay the OJEE BAMS/BHMS counselling fee and submit.

Step 6 – If required, download the OJEE BAMS/BHMS confirmation page for your needs.

OJEE BAMS/BHMS Counselling 2023: Application Fees

The candidate is required to make an online payment of Rs. 1000 as a registration fee. The fees paid will be non-refundable.

The display of mock seat allocations based on choices filled in by the candidates will take place on September 10 at 5 pm. The last date to fill out the registration form for OJEE BAMS/BHMS round 1 counselling is September 11, until 11:59 PM. Additionally, the data reconciliation, verification, and validation of allocated seats are scheduled to take place on September 12. The result for seat allotment for round 1 and provisional allotment letters will be available for download on September 13 from 5 PM onwards. “The guidelines and schedule for the second round of counselling for admission to BHMS/BAMS Courses shall be notified later,” read the official notice.
