OMO Cafe serving up farm-fresh, vegetarian food made with seasonal ingredients

The vegetarian movement has picked up around the world and this is evident from the number of vegetarian-only restaurants everywhere. In Delhi-NCR too, many restaurants and cafes serve vegetarian food, giving it a unique twist in its own way. OMO Cafe in Galleria Market, Gurugram is also serving delicious vegetarian food made from farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients. We went to OMO Cafe to try the Himachal Edition Chef’s menu on World Vegetarian Day on 1st October and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

the moment you walk OMO Cafe, Thanks to the minimalist decor with indoor plants, wooden interiors and warm lighting, your senses will be immediately put to rest. OMO has an extensive menu and separate counters for salads and coffee as well. First, we tried Water Chestnut and Cucumber Salad, made with fresh produce from Himachal and topped with an anardana dressing. was next on our list seppu wadi, which was originally a spicy urad dal vadi served with Himachali apple chutney with spinach. The Apple Refresher complements our starters nicely – a zingy apple soda with the unique and delicious addition of honey-filled papaya cubes.

For the main exam, we chose thenthuki, which is a Tibetan soup consisting of vegetables, purple lobster and hand-stretched noodles. The soothing soup was the perfect companion for a chilly evening! There is also a special mention of the one who steals the heart. Burrata and Tomato Pinsa Romana From the regular menu, mozzarella, made with tomato and basil leaves with a citrus-infused airy crust. We also tried interesting Butterfly Pea Latte He was very handsome and was worthy of ‘gram’.

in desserts, there was a wonderful gluten free brownies Serve with chocolate sauce and berry sorbet. The unique combination seemed strange at first but the sorbet was the perfect accompaniment to a really rich and dense brownie. Finally, We Sampled the True Cheesecake That Only Baked One Dulce de Leche Cheesecake And tasted heavenly with every bite.

So, head to OMO Cafe for a completely vegetarian meal, which will amaze you with its range of options. The food is not only delicious but fresh and full of seasonal goodies!
