Oil and Natural Gas Company (ONGC) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Human Resource Executive and Public Relations Officers at E1 level through UGC NET- June 2020 Score. Out of the total 21 vacancies notified in the advertisement, 16 are for the post of Human Resource Officers and six are for Public Relations Officers in various work centers of ONGC.
Candidates can apply online for the recruitment on the official website of ONGC, ongcindia.com. The last day for on application is January 14, 2022.

ONGC Recruitment 2021: Age Limit
Candidates applying for the recruitment should not be more than 30 years of age as on July 21, 2020. There is a relaxation of three, five and 10 years for applicants belonging to OBC (NCL), SC/ST and PWBD categories respectively.
ONGC Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the recruitment of HR Officers should possess MBA degree with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM OR Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare or 2 years full time PG Diploma. in PM/IR/Labor Welfare with minimum 60% marks. Candidates having PGDM from IIM with at least 60% marks are also eligible to apply.
Additionally, the applicant must have passed the UGC NET June 2020 exam in any of the following subjects, Labor Welfare, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Social Welfare / HR or Management. Also, to apply for the recruitment of Public Relations Officer, candidates must have a Post Graduate degree with at least 60 percent marks or a minimum of 2 years Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication.

ONGC Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their educational qualification, performance in UGC NET June 2020 marks and final interview. Preliminary shortlisting will be done on the basis of UGC-NET 2020 score of the candidates. During the evaluation, 60 percent weightage will be given to the UGC NET score while the merit of the candidate and the final interview will have 25 and 10 percent weightage respectively.
