To make this dish, first chop the onion, then add gram flour, red chili, black pepper and salt and mix it. Mix until the onion is well covered with the gram flour. Now add grated paneer and mix again. After this, gradually add some water and make sure the batter is thick. Mix again. Then take a pan and heat oil in it. Add a spoonful of bhajiya paneer batter and fry till it becomes crisp and golden.

Once ready, take them out on a plate and serve with a bowl full of tea and chutney or any dip of your choice!
