The food of Gujarat is vast and unique, and is a class apart from any other cuisine in the country. What makes Gujarati cuisine different is the interesting combination of sweets and spices. There are a lot of Gujarati dishes like Aamras, Mango Kadhi, Shrikhand etc, where the sweet taste tempts the senses. However, can you imagine a Gujarati chaat made with Mango Dolly ice cream? A street food stall in Vadodara has made a strange chaat which has gone viral on the internet. Have a look at the full video:

The video was shared on Twitter by user @sahildh, where it garnered 152k views and thousands of likes and comments. The original video was shared on IGTV by popular food blogger @streetfoodrecipe.
In the two minute, 20 second clip, we can see the bizarre ice cream chaat being prepared. First, the slices of bread dipped in turmeric The syrups were layered in a box. It was then layered with strawberry sauce and some other condiments. After this, chopped nuts in which chopped mango ice cream was also added. Mango syrup and cheese were garnished on top, completing the ice cream chaat.
Twitter users had a hard time believing that Ice Cream Chaat actually existed. Some people found the combination interesting and delicious, while others questioned why. Plate was done in the first place.
