The trailer of the much-awaited film by American filmmaker Christopher Nolan oppenheimer was released today by the makers.

Based on the Pulitzer Prize winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J.J. Robert Oppenheimer Written by Kai Byrd and Martin J. Sherwin, the film is a biopic of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the theoretical physicist best remembered as the “father of the atomic bomb” for his role in the United States’ Manhattan Project during World War II. .

The trailer gives a glimpse into the life of Oppenheimer, played by Cillian Murphy, and the creation of the atom bomb. We see Oppenheimer realizing the global impact of his creation, and a battle breaks out within him. “We imagine a future and our imaginations terrify us. They won’t be afraid of it until they understand it. And they won’t understand it until they use it.

“Theory will only take you so far. I don’t know whether we can be trusted with such a weapon. But we have no choice,” says Murphy as Oppenheimer in the trailer.
