Kharge claimed that people in villages were given only 20 days of work during the pandemic instead of the promised 150 days under the scheme.

Kharge also expressed concern over the decline in manufacturing and industrial growth despite the Modi government’s initiatives under ‘Make-in-India’.
“You talked about increasing the manufacturing growth to 14 per cent per annum, but now it is -7.2 per cent,” he said.
He also questioned the government on the promise of doubling the income of farmers.
“Has this been done? There is no mention of the matter in the President’s speech,” Kharge said.

Kharge also displayed photographs of houses and roads built by China on the disputed land.
“In 2013, imports from China were worth Rs 3.08 lakh crore and in 2021 it was Rs 7.20 lakh crore,” he said. “Our trade deficit with China in 2013 was Rs 2.70 lakh crore and today it is Rs 5.25 lakh crore,” he said.
