According to them, salads are low in calories, require a minimum of ingredients, and can be prepared quickly. Being protein-rich and light on the table, salads can be the perfect meal to lose weight. to start making Chickpea Spinach SaladArrange the ingredients listed below.

gram

fresh spinach

chopped red bell pepper

Spring onions – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice

Olive Oil

Black pepper – ½ tsp

salt to taste

Once all the ingredients are on the kitchen slab, follow these easy steps.

Step – 1 Take some washed and dried chickpeas in a bowl and add chopped red capsicum to it.

Step – 2 Add 2 tbsp of onions before drizzling a little olive oil on the salad.

Step – 3 Squeeze some fresh lemon juice in a bowl, add fresh spinach leaves and mix everything well. Also sprinkle some salt.

Step – Take 4 ½ tsp black pepper And dry roast them. Then grind black pepper with mortar and pestle and make powder.

Step – 5 Add ground black pepper to the salad and mix well.

Padma Lakshmi says that the salad can be stored in an airtight container and can last up to a week in the refrigerator. Those who like it a bit spicy can add some red chilies to the salad.
