Sources say that a Pakistani terrorist was apprehended and another gunned down last evening while stopping an infiltration bid by the Army along the Line of Control in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir.
Several operations have been going on in Uri and Rampur sectors in the last one week after the Army intercepted three infiltration bids.
Official sources say that one terrorist was killed and another Pakistani terrorist was caught during a live operation yesterday.
This is the first time in recent years that a Pakistani terrorist has been caught trying to enter India.
A few days back, the army had killed three infiltrators and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition, including five AK rifles and 70 grenades.
