Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan has been called out for his remarks about PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz during a rally in Multan on Friday.
Imran Khan referred to Maryam Nawaz’s Sargodha rally a day earlier, and remarked that: ‘I hear she speak about me with such gusto and passion that I feel her to be careful So that her husband is not disturbed’.
The statement drew strong reactions on social media, with journalists, women’s rights activists and political figures from the PDM-PPP government condemning the use of such foul language against a woman politician.
