Pakistani goat born with 19 inch ears aims to set a Guinness World Record

The goat named Simba was born on 5th June in Sindh.

A newborn baby goat in Karachi, Pakistan can be named as the world record holder for its unusually long ears measuring about 19 inches (46 cm).

She has already become a local celebrity in Pakistan. Goat’s ears are so long that they get pulled on the floor while walking. They hang on either side of his face and swing in the air.

According to WireThe long ears of a goat baby are probably the result of a gene mutation or a genetic disorder. However, it seems that she is getting along just fine. Ms Narejo hopes that Simba will soon be a Guinness World Record holder.

The Simba is a Nubian, a goat breed known for its long ears that serve an important purpose: to help keep the body cool in hot weather. However, even by Nubian standards, Simba has long ears. But fortunately, it is easy for him, because in Karachi, where the goatee lives, the temperature varies due to the different terrain, but the peak temperature in summer can reach 47 °C.
