Pani Ke Pakodas: Try This Unique Recipe That Promises A Blast Of Flavor

material:

1) Besan – 1 cup

2) Salt – 1/2 tbsp

3) Asafoetida – 2 pinch

4) Baking powder – 1/4 tbsp

5) Green chili – 3

6) Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

7) Mint leaves – 1/4 cup

8) Lemon juice

9) tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon

10) Guava juice – 400 ml

11) water

12) Black salt – 1 tbsp

13) Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp

14) Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp

15) Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Pankaj Bhadauria shared the following recipe Water dumplings:

Step 1: Take out the gram flour in a vessel. add some salt, hingeand water as needed. Make a smooth batter out of it. Leave it for five minutes. Add baking powder and mix well. Make dumplings Deep fry in hot oil using the batter.

Step 2: Empty dumplings in cold water. Take coriander, ginger, mint and lemon juice together in a grinding jar. make delicious green chutney with that. Take it out in a bowl and add a little tamarind paste to it to enhance the taste. Add guava juice and mix well. Add some water too.

Step 3: Take out the prepared delicious water in a bowl. Add black salt, chaat masala, chili flakes and cumin powder. Mix well.

Step 4: Squeeze the pakoras (with normal water) and remove the excess water from them. Dip them in the water you prepared. After they are completely submerged, serve them on a platter. Add flavored water to the pakodas.

Step 5: You can use chopped onions, coriander leaves and lemon wedges for garnishing.
