Pashinik is the hottest February night, the temperature is 11 degrees Celsius above normal

According to the Meteorological Department, it was the warmest night in February with a minimum temperature of 14.4 degrees, which is eleven and a half degrees above normal. The city last recorded a minimum temperature of 14.2 degrees Celsius on February 23, 2015. The minimum temperature in major cities of Himachal’s neighboring states has also been below par.
