Claiming that the new Parliament building is a reflection of the aspirations and dreams of 140 crore Indian citizens, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the building was the need of the hour and every bit of it should reflect the vision of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”. There are visions. He also said after inaugurating the new building of Parliament that on July 16, almost all would be inspired to install the ‘scepter’ (sengol) near the President’s bench.
