Taking to Twitter, the Cabinet Minister announced, “#Madhya Pradesh Policemen will be given leave to watch the film”The Kashmir Files, DGP Shri Sudhir Saxena ji has been instructed to give leave to the policemen.

Narottam also told that the DGP of Madhya Pradesh should make necessary arrangements to implement the above instructions.

The Kashmir Files 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film[2] Written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. It stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi.

The film revolves around the journey of a young student Krishna, who becomes Prof. Influenced by Radhika Menon, he learns about the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus.

The film has been declared tax free in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka and Tripura. It was also successful at the box office, setting several records at the box office for a small budget Hindi film, within three days of its release.
