she took Twitter and shared pictures of the letter sent by PETA India. The letter read, “Dear Ms. Bhatt, on behalf of the Fish Eye Network, we are deeply grateful to you for taking a pledge not to use animals in films as the country’s first director. This commitment is certainly evident to the filmmakers around. Will be an inspiration for the world and thus the distress and injury of animals on and off the sets. As a gesture of our appreciation for your kindness towards animals, we present to you with PETA India’s Compassionate Film Production Company Award Glad to present. Congratulations!”

Pooja wrote along with the pictures, “Thank you for the respect @PetaIndia thank you for stepping up on this and taking a pledge to never use animals in any film or content I make. If any film/show on computer graphics Will depend if I ever have an animal written. Urge more filmmakers to join in.” have a look:
